PPA Announces End of Snow Emergency on 2/14/14

In announcing the end of the snow emergency today at 2:00 PM, the Philadelphia Parking Authority announced that it will be enforcing only safety violations today.  Tickets will be issued for any safety violation. PPA Closed Due to Inclement Weather 2-14-2014
