On July 2, 2019, the Philadelphia Parking Authority Board issued Orders entered at Docket Nos. 19-001 and 19-002 authorizing the Taxicab and Limousine Division ("TLD") to administer the sale of 48 wheelchair accessible vehicle ("WAV") medallions beginning on September 18, 2019 with new directives as outlined.
