Valet1What do Towne Park Valet Services employee Edgar Islas and Michael Phelps have in common? You guessed it! They are both Olympic gold medalists. One earned gold in the 100-meter butterfly and one earned the top individual score at the National Valet Parking Association’s Valet Olympics.

Philadelphia is proud to call Islas its own, since he’s won Best Valet not once – but twice – at the annual  Valet Olympics. Teams and individuals compete in four events include the Slalom, Valet Relay, Luggage Load and Key Jumble. In each event, the professional valet drivers put their skills on display, showing the panel of judges just how quickly and efficiently they can valet a car. Check out the video here for a better look at these events and to see what it takes to win at the National Valet Olympics.
