CUSTOMER ALERT: In an effort to improve our customer experience, the Philadelphia Parking Authority will begin transitioning to a new customer service interface on Saturday, November 9th.
Please keep in mind that enforcement of parking regulations will continue during this transition.
As we transition to our new customer service interface, some services will be temporarily suspended until November 20th. Please see below for important dates:
