New Loading Regulations Effective Monday, October 19, 2009, enforcement of the new loading regulations on Chestnut and Walnut Streets will begin. Only delivery trucks are permitted to park on Chestnut and Walnut Streets from 6th to 20th Streets between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m., Monday through Friday. After 10:00 a.m., trucks are not permitted to park on those blocks. A list of truck loading zones is available at www.philapark.org/loading. The list of package delivery zones is available at http://www.philapark.org/permits/permit_info.aspx. $5.00 Parking During Snow Emergency During the snow emergency, rates at the PPA garages listed below will be $5.00 for 24 hours.
