Formal Actions
When requesting formal action from the TLD, you must put your request on company stationery and sign the letter with an original signature from a person in your company who is authorized to make such a request. It may be mailed or hand delivered. Include a copy with a stamped self addressed envelope if you wish a time stamped receipt. Email may not be used for formal requests.
